Part-print part-original artwork based on passport stamps and travel stickers. We made a cover for OWT magazine a few months back with a similar design, but we liked the idea enough to want to make a proper edition out of it. This piece is a celebration of our collective wanderings.
Each print is totally unique and retains a hand-made feel, in keeping with the rubber-stamp application.

William has launched an online shop for his range of handmade ceramics. Thrown and glazed by William they are a range of idiosyncratic and fluid forms glazed in beautifully haphazard ways. The pots reference classical sculpture, drawings and more functional objects.
The shop will be a constantly rotating selection showing the freshest pots out the kiln and personal favourites so keep checking back.

Nicolas is releasing a new collection of songs through Landfill Editions under his recording/performing name 'Glaciers'. The album a bespoke enamel badge which comes with a digital download, and is available for preorder on the Landfill website as well as at the launch night. We'll be in Belgium next month, exhibiting at Ter Dilft in a group exhibition. We'llalso be playing a live music set at the opening. Ephameron (Belgium), Joanna Hellgren (Sweden), Louis Reith (The Netherlands), Nick White (UK), Nous Vous (UK) and Ward Zwart (Belgium) show new and existing works, exploring the limits between conceptual and applied arts, between commissions and autonomous work, coming to an accessible mix of digital and analogue techniques.

We had the pleasure of submitting a knitting design to this awesome project. The bad Christmas jumper is as much a seasonal staple as dry turkey and brussel sprouts. However Andrew Salomone and his hacked knitting machine are here to change all that. Salomone has developed an electronic hack, which means he can use a Brother KH930 knitting machine like a desktop printer to transform any design into a unique hand made Christmas jumper. Spirit of The Animal is a collaborative project between Matt Hodson and Jon Boam. We have some work in this show, curated by Protein and Daniel David Freeman, celebrating the often-overlooked medium of animated Gifs. Featuring work by Parra, Jim Stoten, Colin Henderson, Melvin Galapon, Rhys Coren & Dan Has Potential, everyone was asked to create a Gif, which was displayed on a selection of old TV sets in the space. Our friends at the Frontroom in Cambridge are curating the Designers/Makers market in Hackney, London for the summer and they asked us to get involved. We took care of the first two weekends, followed by some great others.

Our next exhibition 'Colossal Tomb' opens this weekend at Dama Aflita in Porto (Portugal). We're really looking forward to having our first Nous Vous show outside the UK. Colossal Space is a 55mm x 55mm x 95mm glass case exhibition space. A hand picked selection of artists are invited to use the space any way they desire. The installation or object can be something found or created. However, as important as the internal space, is the external. For the duration of a one day or night exhibition the space will be placed in a location that is completely of the artist’s choosing, creating a dialogue between the inner and outer. Dark Energy is an installation made up of found objects, wooden panels, dowel, wire, elastic bands, balloons, paint, tape & fabric. We got together in Cambridge having only a very vague idea of we would make. 3 days later, and after a few trips to B&Q we ended up with this! The installation remains in the space as a sort of monument to the process that went into the work. We collaborated on this very closely, exploring our collective intuition and the dialogue between ourselves, the material and the space. Nicolas and William played a short acoustic set at the opening.

We'll be returning to Pick Me Up again this year, running a project called 'Fresh Ones' - creating one-off, hand-crafted objects for everyday living. There will be a limited range of blank objects, such as pots, dolls, tote bags & t-shirts, which we will be hand embellishing in our shaker style workshop.
